Welcome New Hires!


Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to enroll in the Medical, Dental, Vision and FSA plans.   


Employees who are regularly scheduled to work 36 hours per week are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA plans, Basic Life/AD&D, Voluntary Life, Voluntary Short-Term Disability, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Accident and Critical Illness plans. 


Benefits will begin on the first day of the month following or coinciding with 60 days of full-time employment.
